GENERAL CONDITIONS
» Transfers that exceed 30 km from the centre of Madrid will be charged a minimum of 2h and 50 km.
» The time and mileage (km) will be counted from the departure to the return to the garage.
» Meal allowance arrangements (lunch/dinner) 18 €.
» These tariffs do not include: motorway toll fees, parking, luggage insurance and taxes.
» We have vehicles with standard bearer and tinted windows.
» Night-time supplement of 20% between 8pm and 8am.
» Trips: minimum daily run 400 km and 8h.
» No-shows on behalf of the client will be charged at the full rate.
» Services that are contracted for various days will be charged at a minimum of 8h.
» Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of contracted services will be charged 50% of the full tariff.
» Vehicles will not drive along impassable roads or through no access areas.
» Night-time transfers will be charged in blocks of 2 hours.
» Auto Noroeste reserve the right to send a vehicle of superior category.
» Trips outside Spain incur a supplement of 0.1 € per km.
» Driver expense allowance in Spain: 115 €.
» Outside Spain: 200 €.
» Expense allowance during Public Holidays or Events: 140 €.
» Infant car seat available on prior request: Supplement 4€.
» Luxury Mercedes Viano: Supplement 20€.
» Mercedes: S Class Version L 0 2007: Supplement 20€.
» Supplement for wedding ribbons: 4€.
